CLE offers premier assisted living supports for older adults who need more support and supervision than they would receive at home. CLE staff work with our elderly residents and their families to establish a comfortable, home atmosphere. We see our staff as part of a cohesive team; working together to enhance our residents lives by providing individualized, comprehensive care. CLE offers state-certified training, plus on-the-job training. We believe that a well-supported, well-trained employee is vital to residents' success.

CLE is truly determined to offer nothing short of excellence in our supports to older adults. We want the best staff working with us! Experience is great, but not required. We ask that you have the drive to support people in living a valued, fulfilling life and are willing to dedicate yourself to learning on the job through CLE formal and informal training. For experienced applicants, CLE will occasionally have supervisory positions open up. Of course, entry level jobs often lead to career advancement as well!
Caring, and Committed Staff
Residents receive services directly from Resident Managers, Cooks and Caregivers. These dedicated staff members go out of their way to ensure the safety, comfort and security of their residents.
CLE staff members all continuously update their skills through CCLS University training and education for service providers.
Organization of CLE
Residential Directors supervise the resident managers and act as the liaison between CLE/CCLS and other agencies.
In turn, the Directors are supervised by the Area Director (AD). The AD is responsible for the administrative operations and responsibilities, including implementing company policy, monitoring funding and most importantly, supervising employees and overseeing budgets at each home in order to provide the best possible support for every individual CLE serves. The AD reports to the president of CCLS.
A board of directors governs CLE. The president of CCLS is the company's representative to the board. Members of the board include consumers, family members, guardians, human service professionals and business professionals.
In addition to direct managerial staff and administrative staff, various committees and support departments exist. These resource areas aid in supporting and enhancing the quality of CLE's services.
